When I started with SHPC they had acquired many agencies from 2018 to 2022. Most of them had never been on boarded to SHPC. A lot of the agency licenses had compliance issues with either the SOS or DOI in multiple states. My first task was to get all the 14 entities in compliance in all 50 states. Next get them all onboarded and get the contracts in the name of SHPC and get the entities the DBA's. There were approximately 950 carriers between all 14 entities. That included updating banking, contact info, licenses for agency and producers, emails, DRLP, commissions, and downloads. My team also monitors, renews, and tracks the CE for over 1500 producer licenses. I consulted with AGENZE to build out a platform to easily track and monitor this. As well as agency licenses. They designed their platform with everything that I suggested that a company would need to do this.

German American Farm Mutual brought me onboard to help a struggling carrier bring in more business. I conducted market research to compare other carriers' policies, coverages and rates. I quickly reestablished the territories, rates, and rewrote the policy jacket for GAFM. I added coverages, added optional endorsements with additional premium, created additional product lines such as a liability policy, dwelling fire policy and a vacant home policy as well as a builder's risk policy. By the end of 2019 we had tripled the amount of new business on the books. During this process I streamlined the underwriting process by developing an online rating system that would assist in prequalifying a risk. I also went on the road and recruited additional agencies/agents to sell, solicit and market our product. As well as attended functions to promote GAFM to try to sign on new agencies/agents. Once a new agency was onboarded, I would train the agency/agents about our product, how to quote, issue, process payments, and the underwriting process. I was also responsible for responding to DOI complaints.
