Job overview

  • Fleet Liaison for fuel cards for county vehicles within my division
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of all office and operating supplies
  • Tracks office supply expenditures, ensuring all expenses are kept within the fiscal year’s budget
  • Track accurate monthly/bi-weekly and daily leave balances and training requirements
  • Create reports for management and staff
  • Responsible for assigning security badges & pins with the appropriate security level, including maintaining and periodically performing an audit of the ADT Security Suite database

  • Parking Coordinator: Maintain parking database for internal, external, and visitor parking updates annually

  • PNR Safety Committee Chair: Provide leadership and direction to the safety committee
  • Prepare written recommendations for PNR management
  • Provide periodic status reports to the management of the safety committee project.
