Hobbies

I am a run coordinator for Black Girls Run! for Houston Chapter.  As a run organize and lead weekly running meet ups and encourage health and wellness within the Black community. My role involves planning routes, coordinating schedules, and communicating with runner through social media and messaging platforms to keep everyone informed and motivated. 


I create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere, ensuring all runners of all levels feel welcomed and empowered. Additionally, I focus on safety and preparedness, managing per-run warm ups and  post-run cool downs, and fostering a community where Black women feel encouraged to prioritize their physical and mental well-being through running.
