Floor- rework and keeping up with the hang backs. Washing one legs.


Opener- open unopen birds, vent birds that are partially open, remove feet.


Lucose- remove all birds with guts and tear holes.


Inspector- check birds for sickness and fecal. Remove heads and hang back birds that are bad or still have feet.


Mirror- cut away all bad sections of the birds going by.
