    • Directed the People Cost (Headcount and People Indirect) budget annually and kept it relatively steady YoY, with diversification impacting performance and engagement. This resulted in salary calibrations of 7-60% and savings of >13M for 2024.
    • Initiated and directed participation in Grupo Mariposa's execution of McKinsey's Organizational Health Index (OHI) Culture Change Program, increasing participation and scores. This resulted in a 60% increase in participation (2022 - 2024) and a 16-point increase in the OHI score in 2024.
