  • I was the assistant manager along side the CEO helping him out with all the things necessary so that business would run smoothly and professionally . some of my responsibilities required making sure the all teams had everything they needed as far as chemicals , equipment, and making sure their trailers were ready for the mobile team every morning . The shop was cleaned everyday on a set schedule after all jobs were finished. The service were very well spoken and responsive and very professional with the help of our receptionist assisting where need be . All were well organized and in stock , he left me with the job to do schedule as well making sure they were out fully by every Monday including off days and where all teams were supposed to be as far as locations. I started collecting and processing invoices until It became to much so he left me build my own team for that and schedule so with them doing a great job at that it left me with ordering equipment and parts for the teams alongside answering phone calls and booking our fleet jobs snd ceramic coatings . But I started off by detailing my self and being one of the team member . We started to put together a team for ceramic coatings and ppf with window tint film and it started off very rough but then we figured it out and got it running well and generating way more customers then we ever had .
