Oversees all components of the Supportive Housing Programs, including program design, coordinated service delivery, staffing, contract compliance, and fiscal management.

Provides direct supervision to the Assistant Directors, Property Manager, Intake Coordinator and Program Support/Development Specialist.

· Fulfills all Administrator job functions for the Transitional Housing Placement Program for Non-Minor Dependents.

· Monitors property management operations to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local fair housing laws.

· Ensures fiscal responsibility by working with the Finance Department to monitor each contract budget, the property management budget and the program’s overall budget.

· Establishes and maintains relationships with community partners and service providers.

· Oversees all contract audits and completes corrective action plans as necessary.

· Attends local and state meetings, conferences and trainings on transition-aged youth and permanent supportive housing.

· Completes monthly and annual reports and invoices.

Completes clinical assessments for admissions to nursing facilities.

Provides one on one individual therapy to clients experiencing trauma, emotional distress and mental health crisis.
