  • Work closely with the control room and ABM to assure that any Jams or delays are addressed
  • Assist DG Agents with Hazardous Material documents
  • Audit timecards and assist with sick/vacation time coverage Assign and make decisions regarding the sort
  • Basic knowledge of FedEx web applications such as TRIP System
  • Assist with FAMIS fixed reporting
  • Help maintain the department/ sort budget and review total paid hours reports and timecard exception reports
  • Review Report 136-Total Paid hours, Report 171 exception timecard missing, and Report 167 Break violation report
  • Also review the Control Reports (Plan for the day)
  • Maintain check on FTE as well as other employees
