• Responsible for creating blueprints for ramps to provide to the dealer/customer, as well as providing an accurate price quote to them.

• During my time working for CRBS I gained some crucial experience working with blood donors of all ages, including young adults and geriatric patients.
• Conducted dynamic presentations to internal and external customers, partners and executive leadership.
• I learned how to set up blood donation equipment, including HemoFlow scales, 17-gauge needles, Sebra Electronic Shakers, and how to manually weigh and collect blood using several different models of manual scales.
• I also gained knowledge on blood banking computer systems and how to correctly input data regarding collection and registration of donors at the Blood Bank, including blood type, restrictions, and possible warnings.
• In addition, I learned more about the importance of customer service when it came to bedside manner, and certain situations such as having to refuse a donor, or deferring them to another clinic for further processes like selling plasma.

Learned the basics of Phlebotomy skills, including how to do a proper syringe draw, how to perform venipuncture in a sterile manner, the aseptic technique, and other crucial skills.

• Collected more than 200 shopping carts from parking lot daily and cleaned and dried soiled and wet carts.
