• Currently acting unit lead for the Pht4 production unit.
• Actively work to maintain A safe and productive working environment for all employees.
• Use the SAP Business management system to manage Inventory levels of all raw materials, and finished products stored and/or produced in the production unit. Execute goods receipts of incoming products, and post goods issues for outgoing deliveries.
• Schedule outgoing deliveries of raw material by-products from the production unit.
• Chart and schedule the incoming raw materials necessary to maintain a full rate of production for the pht4 unit, either by tank truck or railcar.
• Attend Daily Meetings, Process hazard analysis meetings, Safety Meetings, and monthly plant review meetings.
• Load and unload various hazardous chemicals from Tank trailers, and railcars.
• Conduct safety inspection throughout the production unit, including but not limited to the following: Safety showers, eye wash stations, ladders, wind socks, and vehicles used for unit transportation.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance in the production unit including but not limited to the following: Piping, pumps, hoses, mechanical repairs, and housekeeping.
• Work alongside the engineering, reliability, maintenance, E&I, safety, and environmental departments to improve safety and production rates throughout the unit.

• Attend morning safety briefings.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company SOPs to ensure a safe .working environment for my co-workers and myself.
• Review and complete daily work orders throughout the plant.
• Conduct mechanical repairs in the following areas: metal piping (threaded and flanged), PVC piping, Fibercast piping, glass lined piping, centrifugal pumps, magnetic drive pumps, extruders, storage vessels, reactors, glass lined reactors, Mechanical seals, Laser alignment of Pumps and motors, and other forms of minor plant maintenance.
• Properly complete documentation and all required paperwork from the performed tasks.
• Performed after-hours on-call duty whenever needed.

• Independently manage all of my Flights, Hotels, and rental cars with a company credit card, as this was a 100% travel position
• Worked as a team with lead technicians to successfully conduct repairs, dismantling, rigging, transporting, and re-assembly of industrial print and packaging equipment in the US and Mexico.
