Responsibilities:

• Direct supply chain operational efficiencies for content inventory avails for domestic and international while implementing new operations business strategies. Certify music and content rights are renewed and new acquisition forms have been sent to the Global Sales Team for future new sales pitches. Collaborate with Finance to develop operational forecasting and achieve budget for music rights renewals. Serve as a functional expert to the Hispanic Streaming Group, TV Distribution, Content Distribution, and Business development on operational needs tied to content/music rights and deals exclusivity. Execute day-to-day Telemundo distribution sales operational efforts from start-to-end to support for our Telemundo teams and Global Sales Teams. Prepare and submit monthly project status reports. Create standard operating procedures and best practices to optimize workflows. Ensure high-quality standards are met for key distribution and monetization projects.

Accomplishments:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive Windowing database as the centralized repository for Telemundo titles, consolidating deals and rights information across platforms to optimize monetization and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational distribution tasks for the Latino content on Peacock (NBCU streaming platform) and other streaming platforms. Oversee all requirements needed for English dubbing: show guidelines, voice casting, Spanish script delivery, English adaptation approvals, QC of final dubbing, and master. Lead full title package delivery to partners, such as video file prep, QC of metadata, CC, S&P, and editorial promotional assets. Control internal and external costs based on partner deal requirements and specifications. Ensure timely delivery of “day-after-air” current content to partners as required by deal agreements. Direct the operational planning of topical channels/playlists for partner programs. Plan and acquire legal sign-off on new series titles. Create strategic planning, implementation, and processes to maximize efficiency.

Accomplishments:

• By managing the teams' budget in 2020, I gave to the team about $96k in savings and used these efficiently by starting the phase 1 of 2021 projects to be prepared for our content plan for next year and have savings in 2021 that can be used in the creation of original content for Peacock.

Responsibilities:

• Project Manage client campaigns across digital platforms. Create targeting campaigns setups for MPS and Freewheel, make sure all stakeholders are on-line with what is needed, and deliver products on time. Fix any sponsorship issues on the site for display and/or pre-roll. Manage Ad's implementation across digital platforms and ad policy documentations. Lead third-party vendors campaigns and new improvement implementations for Specials and Reality Shows. Supervise Affiliate Stations, Stations, and Marketing requests. Control acquisition of domain requests and track cost. Direct Digital Operations and Technology's pipeline. Review and analyze viewability reports with Ad Operations to keep improving the viewability and monetization of the site. Assist the VP of Operations & Technology to manage Privacy Policy and Legal for Telemundo.com.

Accomplishments:

• Enhanced process for client campaigns management with Sales Team to make sure we meet client expectations and delivered content on time without any defects. Trained new Sales Team on how the site is a target for client campaigns. Created a new Ad Policy doc to track all display capabilities of the site. Implement tracking of display in the Applications to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and control the activities of Digital Media Projects. Manage client's campaigns and provide technical solutions to meet client needs. Work with the Ad Operation and Video Solution Teams to ensure campaign deliverables. Oversee timelines, milestones, and responsibilities for each project with Editorial, Client Services, Design, Ad Operations, and Technical Operations departments as well as business partners and external contractors. Evaluate product performance throughout the Telemundo.com site, mobile site, and three mobile applications. Manage Video Coordination with team partners. Ensure proper workflow throughout the project's launch cycle by managing responsibilities, keeping projects on track through task lists, issue tracking, status reporting, and holding daily and weekly team meetings, ensuring the scope of work is met, and managing closure of projects. Develop and sustain relationships with business and project teams. Improve communication and create a new process to make the workflow better every day. Trained new team members on how our process works to ensure the success of the project.

Accomplishments:

• Managed all client campaigns across desktop, mobile web and App for Premios Billboard, Premios Tu Mundo, Latin American Music Awards, iHeart Radio Fiesta Latina. Launched sites for all Prime Time novelas/super series like El Chema, El Señor de los Cielos, Celia, as well as TV Shows/Realities like Don Francisco Te Invita and Siempre Ninos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Telemundo TV Shows, Realities, Novelas, Super Series on the Digital Platforms. Develop Scope of work, assign and follow up the milestone, Gather Assets for Design and Production, secure Project Approvals, lead daily scrum meetings with the team to make sure we meet our deadline and provide a high quality of product, execution, and implementation of projects, perform quality assurance before and after the product is delivered. Lead weekly meetings with Editorial to discuss the next three months Forecast. Identify Root Cause Analysis with OTS and opportunities for improvement.

Accomplishments:

• Implement with the team Scrum/Agile methodology to develop our product in a way where we increase speed and flexibility, reduce risk, assure high quality, and ensure us to meet the deadline. Avoid bottleneck and have a one-piece flow process.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 7 DMAIC Projects based on tracking all the incidents of both Cars and Locomotives to analyze and identify any repeat incidents where a root cause can be determined, and action is taken to improve the maintainability index of all NJ Transit rolling stock equipment so our customers can arrive at their destination on time with great satisfaction. Implement the 5S Methodology in three Shops; Service and Inspection, Locomotive, and Car Shop at the Meadows Maintenance Complex where all NJ Transit Rail Equipment is maintained. With this implementation, NJ Transit Reduce Travel Distance by 23%, Optimized Space Utilization by 50%, and Increase Safety by 99%.
