Manages the work of orderlies and cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and order of the premises of the medical organization (unit), provides the serviced unit with household equipment, special clothing, hygiene items, office supplies, detergents, bed linen and underwear for patients. Changes gowns and towels for employees of the medical organization. Makes requests for repairs of premises, equipment, inventory and monitors their implementation. Provides food units (buffet, canteen) with equipment, utensils and monitors their correct marking and use. Maintains accounting and reporting documentation.

Checking documents and passes of those entering or leaving a guarded facility. Monitoring the export (import), removal (bringing in) of material assets, checking their compliance with the presented documents. Participation in conducting control checks and reweighing of exported (taken out) products. Conducting inspections of things in accordance with the established procedure, detaining violators of the access control regime, as well as persons attempting to illegally remove (take out) material assets.
