Responsibilities: grew e-coli culture in 10 L bioreactor: inoculated, tracked growth, induced with IPTG, harvested, cleaned bioreactor. Protein purification and characterization. Equipment calibration and maintenance. Preparation of buffers and medias. Maintained inventory.

• Asked questions regarding Covid-19; obtained patient’s temperature before entering the building; obtained weight, blood pressure, oxygen level in a patient’s body; prepared rooms for the next patient; observed how a physician interacted with patients.

Responsibilities: Observed how ration technicians interacted with patients and operated CAT scan equipment. Helped to sanitize and prepare the equipment before and after patient use. Helped technicians to deliver documents and contrast drink to the patients.
