I recently graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, graduating Cum Laude with Distinction in Psychology. Throughout college, I competed as an NCAA Division I student-athlete and served as a team captain while earning Scholar-Athlete recognition each semester. I also have experience working with children as a church youth leader, where I led and supervised groups of 15–20 children of various ages. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication, patience, organization, and ability to create a positive environment for children. I am excited to bring these skills into the classroom as a substitute teacher.
