Tatyana Dones

I am currently working at Amazing Lash studio as a Lash Consultant. I also run the studio’s instagram. I work 40 hrs a week and always willing to work more if needed. I have a very flexible schedule and can work whenever needed. At my job, I have been able to grow as a person and as an employee/coworker in all the best of ways. I will always keep pushing myself to do better. I communicate with clients thoroughly about the services provided and all their different options over the phone/in person. My coworkers always know if they need anything when I’m at work or home, that they can always contact me personally. I love building relationships with clients that come into our studio and trying to give them the best experience as possible, as well with my coworkers. I am a very fast learner and have great memorization that has really helped me. I love learning new things and will always ask questions to make sure I am doing what needs to be done or how I can do better. I always strive to be proud of my productivity done at work. I have a very outgoing personality. I love talking a clients and getting to know people. I also strive to make sure that clients/coworkers feel understood and comfortable with me as an individual. I am a friendly face that is recognized by clients, where they even ask to speak to me personally. I am currently the top seller at my job and have been for almost 2 years. With that being said I am very competitive in the best way possible.
