Highlights

Over the course of 5 years with this establishment, I have developed significantly as a leader and true driver of the Home Depot culture. I had the honor of attending HDU at our store support center, where I was extremely proud to receive the "Values-Based Leader' award for my class. I have experience as both closing and opening manager, and pride myself on driving a culture of togetherness and teamwork throughout the entire store. I have personally trained more than 15 associates to operate various types of lift equipment, prioritizing associate development and growth. I can also proudly say I have received 42 Homer Awards over the course of 5 years.
