• Able to run multiple pods at once that house 70plus detainees in each pod.

• Responsibilities consist of
• Basic jail tasks, Jail checks, Shake downs, Dayroom sweeps, Meal pass, Mail pass, Med pass, Maintaining everyone’s safety.
• Booking in / releasing inmates, Suicide and Medical observation checks, Fingerprinting.
• Accomplishments-

• OC certified

-I had the responsibility of greeting customers with great customer service.

- Conducting the nightly audit.

- Ensuring that guest had a comfortable stay. ( especially when they needed accommodations)

- Ensuring that the lobby was always clean and comfortable.

- Preparing breakfast

- Conducting book in and book outs

- Answering the phone ( for bookings or questions)

- Being attentive if a guest had any issues.

• I had the responsibility of:
• Verifying all of the product that came in, to ensure it was acceptable for consumption.
• Meeting the specification with Case weights, Finished frozen weights, averages, and more.
• Verifying that the label and packaging for the product was correct.
• Verifying that the product being packed by production was being packed correctly.
• Verifying that the facility was in acceptable shape.

• Had the responsibility of:
• Keeping up with the front end, making sure everything was always presentable
• Having great respectable customer service at all times
• Problem solving when customers had issues
• Running register fast and correctly
