  • I have been with the Strike program since September 2019. 4 months in the carbon and glass rooms. 11 months in the Highbay as a production operator. The Lead Operator over the Highbay since November 2020. Previously, I was at the ACCE facility for 4 years working with Engineering and Quality teams in the Material Prep, Hand Lay-up and Linear areas as a production/machine operator
  • I work closely on a daily basis with Mangers and other team members in Engineering, NDI, Quality and Global Supply Chain and Leica to manage and prioritize staffing assignments, production and repair of parts to meet or exceed customer demand and production schedules.
  • Examine incoming materials and compare to documentation for accuracy and quality.
  • Review production schedules and streamline processes.
  • Follow job order for product specifications, dimensions, tolerances and sequence of operations.
  • Use tools such as calipers, depth gauges and durometers in alignment with best practices.
  • Monitor workers on site during production activities for safety procedures compliance.
  • Update production metrics and facilitate regular team communication.
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality with regular inspections.
  • Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
