Tawny Carlson

Main responsibilities for 5 children were:

*Prepare meals

*Prepare lesson plans

*Potty training

*self help skills and learning responsibility

*teach children how to read and write

* drive children to school/sports/activities

*help children learn to take care of their dog

*Responsible for 4 children and their dog

Main daily activities included bring them to school, make lunch, doctor appointments, swim lessons, hockey, other weekly sports, homework management, cognitive learning activities, laundry etc…)

*Household duties - house cleaner, grocery shop, organize kitchen, switch out kids clothes and help them manage their laundry, bring in family vehicles for service, plus more….

*Developed strong relationships with children and their parents *Developed weekly lesson plans and activities to engage children and promote learning.*Maintained organized, fun and interactive classroom to help children feel safe.*Sanitized toys and play equipment each day*traine in first aid and cpr/ SIDS / and shaken baby syndrome* completed extra trainings and courses to stay current in the field

*Kept classrooms clean, neat, and properly sanitize.

*Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support lead teacher.

*Supported student learning objectives through personalized and small group assistance.

*Collaborated with teachers for lesson preparation by preparing materials and setting up equipment.

*Attended training classes, parent conferences and faculty meetings to stay up-to-date on student progress.

*Supported classroom maintenance and upkeep, organizing books and materials.
