Qigong is an ancient wellness practice that has been around for over 3000 years. As an in instructor I facilitate Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong, a gentle practice of graceful movements with synchronized breathing that bring the body back into a state of peace and harmony.
As a breathwork facilitator I guide people through short integrative sessions to experience the calming of the mind and reconnecting of the body and heart. Integrative breathwork brings people into the present moment, and activates the parasysmpathetic nervous system to bring a state of grounding and peacefulness. Breathwork journeys are longer sessions that guide people into a meditative state so that they can drop into a trance for deeper emotional healing.
Ancient Tibetan Sound Healing utilizes sound frequency vibrations to bring the body back into a state of harmony. Shared through individualized one on one hour long healing sessions and in group settings as a sound bath.

Yoga gets to be experienced while remaining completely seated, and/or partially seated if mobility allows.
