• Provides diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention and psycho- therapeutic services to inmate population
• Responsible for completing progress notes and ensuring that documentation meets quality of standards
• Interrelates and works effectively with other mental health services staff, Dept. of Correction staff, medical personnel, MHM administration, inmates and outside support agencies
• Promotes effective working relations as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department/units to meet its goals and objectives
• Represent the mental health team at administrative meetings as well as Care Coordination

• Provide high quality behavioral health assessment and treatment services to children, adults and families for our in home-based or outreach programs.
• Ensure compliance and to maintain standards of care stipulated by BCB policies and procedures, Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations and other applicable regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required and to regularly meet with his/ her supervisor in accordance with BCB policies and to carry out supervisory directives to ensure quality and efficient practice.
• Perform all professional and administrative functions as required to provide appropriate services to clients.
• Thorough documentation of all billable services provided in compliance with MA Health. 
• Ability to analyze behavioral data to efficiently carry out behavioral treatment interventions. 

• Meet with the clinical team regularly to review specific behavioral interventions and changes to the treatment plan.
• Document all client progress as well as frequency and intensity of target behaviors.
• Provide modeling of behavioral interventions to parents and participate in parent training procedures as dictated by the clinical team.

• Responsibility for the welfare of clients in Key's residential programs as well as serving as a positive role model.
• Provides client advocacy in the areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family intervention, plans and facilitates individual and group instruction in the areas of social and life skills-development, assists clients in performing daily life skills activities including menu preparation, laundry, chores and homework, promotes family-centered and strength-based philosophies within the program, implements and provides consistent behavior management utilizing counseling techniques, program structure and guidelines and crisis intervention, when necessary.
• Duties also include maintaining written case documentation including daily treatment notes, health and medical records and client incident reports in accordance with agency policies and referral source guidelines and transporting clients to and from various community based activities.

• Duties include shadowing a licensed clinician, sitting in on Family therapy sessions and observing its process and varying dynamics, rapport building with clients, experience with the client intake process including various questionnaires and necessary rapport building, running group therapy sessions with clients, experience with the outlay of a client's file etc.

• Duties include designing floral arrangements, (i.e.weddings, parties, hospital gift shops/ individual patients, personal orders, funerals, etc.) making gourmet gift baskets, delivering and setting up weddings at venue, delivering arrangements to homes and hospitals, cleaning etc.
• Note: Recognized for outstanding customer service on multiple occasions.

• Assistance with severely mentally ill adults and the criminally insane.

• Assistance with severe profound special needs children.
