• Manage all 3D CAD data for production, quote jobs, and tooling across all programs and suppliers.
• Check and distribute CAD files through ARAS and Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Operate Ford, GM, and Nissan TCE systems, with potential return to Stellantis TCE for upcoming Jeep programs.
• Expanded IMDS responsibilities from Ford-only support to managing all automotive and heavy truck parts across multiple plants.
• Verify supplier parts meet OEM requirements, confirm PSW sheet accuracy, and ensure no restricted chemicals are used.
• Ensure compliance with customer business processes by attending Teamcenter and IMDS training updates.
• Facilitate timely CAD releases into Teamcenter for initial submissions and engineering changes, preventing delays in tooling and in-plant processing.
• Collaborate closely with Teijin Designers, Product Engineers, and customer engineers to maintain accurate and timely data exchange.
