I have been with Sprouts for over 10 years. I started in the meat department as a clerk and climbed the ladder quickly to meat manager in under 4 years. I gained a high level of understanding in effecticve inventory management and meeting all budgets. I changed direction with the company and started a SWA as Service Manager for the holiday season in 2021. Once that SWA ended . I was officially promoted to the position at the Genesse location in early 2022. Since then, I have moved to the Lemon Grove location where I have grown frim numerous challenges in the store. I know I am ready for the next step in my growth with the company and I know what I can offer. My duration with Sprouts, working with various different Store Directors, and other factors, have all helped my growth and readiness for this next step.
