  • Upload and track test data in SharePoint, JIRA, HP ALM, and other documentation locations designated by business teams
  • Find, document, and track all bugs/defects found, and ensure issues are fixed in a timely manner
  • Determine root cause analysis and work with corresponding teams to resolve issues found
  • Assess which features are necessary for automation, and provide demos to the automation team, as well as lead demos for business teams and program managers
  • Attend daily SCRUM calls and update project teams and POs on current and upcoming QA standing
  • Prepare and send QA sign-off documents to all team members and project owners
