- Brought on at the beginning of aggressive growth strategy campaign to improve scalability and spearhead large-scale projects and rollouts
- Lead SSO, MFA, AI, Credential Management, UAC, security client, and similar enterprise software integration and deployment through RMMs on both the client/organization levels, and globally for every company under Alles' umbrella
- Pushed for heavy implementation of AI platforms to assist in development and rollout of proprietary scripts for previously time consuming processes like cache clearing on specific software, manually setting services to start on boot, etc.
