• Evaluate performance and sales trends to optimize inventory by store location to help maximize sales and profitability
• Develop monthly allocation strategies for assigned departments and make recommendations
• Produce store and style analysis to identify and understand potential risks and opportunities and recommend alternative options and solutions

Merchandise Planning and Allocation- Versona Division

• Responsible for allocation of apparel and accessory departments, including reorder and replenishment
• Review monthly receipts and note specific allocation instructions from the Buying team
• Responsible for ensuring stores have the proper assortment and inventory levels to achieve sales plan

• Leverages Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts
• Manages daily operational tasks according to standards including selling and service expectations, operations, payroll, human resources and loss prevention
• Takes ownership and commitment for delivering results; actively aware of personal and store metrics and achieves goals
• Assist in hiring, training and development of new and current members of the Sales team
