As a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Specialist, I wore multiple hats to help develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. My role combines creative design, strategic social media management, and high-level marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

I am responsible for overseeing the brand's visual identity, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and helping create the overall marketing strategy. By blending creativity with data-driven decision-making, I aim to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

I also specialized in working on the website and app, working on creative outlooks on each experience

As a Customer Support Specialist, I was responsible for organizing schedules and assisting the Director of Marketing, Customer Success Manager, and Chief Scientist with daily tasks and responsibilities.

In this role, I also communicated with customers and company associates through email and phone, and conducted research and reviews on various products, people, companies, and events as needed. My strong organizational and communication skills allowed me to excel in this position and provide high-quality support to our customers

Under the guidance of the salon leader, I trained as a bather and learned about different dog breeds and their styling needs. I help to get the dogs comfortable in our salon and spend time bathing them, trimming their nails and providing support to groomers throughout the pet's stay.

While bathing and grooming dogs, I would also have to attend to customers up front, taking the dogs to the back of the salon to wait to be groomed; and answering the phone when needed

Pet Care Enrichment Counselor is responsible for the supervision, control and management of daycare dogs participating in enrichment activities and ensuring the safety of the playgroup

The counselor will ensure the appropriate and safe use of all enrichment equipment and obstacles

Additionally, the counselor is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the playrooms, enrichment rooms and equipment as well as other areas of the facility as assigned

The Pet Care Enrichment Counselor works under the supervision and reports to the Pet Care Manager

Every morning I would go in and let out each individual dog, and start preparing food for breakfasts.

Throughout the day we would clean out all the kennels spraying them out with disinfectant and water while letting dogs outside. Chores would be done throughout a 7am-7pm shift. Dinner for the dogs would be prepared towards the middle of the day and served later on in a timely matter.

I cleaned out kennels completely each time a dog left, or had an accident. I would also do every chore each shift such as watering all dogs, feeding at correct times, mopping up accidents, closing for the night, watching playgroup, changing our cleaning supplies, and helping our customers at the front desk such as taking dogs to the back, bringing them back to their owners, answering questions, or answering the phone. From time to time I would be an assistant in the grooming area.

I worked with interacting with customers, answering their questions about the products, and helping them make informed purchase decisions. I also worked on keeping track of inventory and making sure that the store is well-stocked and organized.

Maintaining a clean and organized store environment is also an important part of the job

Additionally, being trained on register duties means that you are able to assist customers with transactions at the checkout, including processing payment and handling any returns or exchanges.
