Our House empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life through hard work, wise decision-making, and active participation in the community. During my volunteer process at Our House I was responsible for helping mothers and fathers fill out job applications. I also helped in many other ways such as, assisting the staff with feeding the children, assisting the parents in getting the children ready for day to day activities. As well as documenting all donations that were given to Our House.
