I've been an employee with Intuit for 2 years now. I started in 2020 as a customer service phone agent for the QuickBooks product. I was first trained in QuickBooks Online, then expanded my knowledge by learning about Payroll, payments, integrations, and accounting work for the product. I then, was promoted to the Accounting Group line, where then, I become QuickBooks Certified. After thoroughly learning the product and getting positive feedback as an agent, I decided to expand my options with QuickBooks and apply for a position as a Digital Engagement Expert. Now, I've also gotten the opportunity to be featured as one of the "Meet the Experts" spots from having so many positive reviews from my interactions with customers. :) I absolutely love Intuit, and would really love to continue learning and growing as much as I can.
