• Greeting the residents with a warm and friendly smile and showing them to their table. I am very understanding that some of the residents have physical disabilities and require help to get where they need to be. I always try to help them in any way ! possibly can. I like to make an effort to remember little things about the residents to make them feel seen and known.
• My job entails taking orders, running hot food to the residents, and making sure they have everything they need to make their dining experience the best it can be. I always make a point to check in with my tables, refill drinks before they ask, and to overall make their time there satisfactory.
