Completing BOL's and documents for both domestic and export orders, ensuring all information on bills and export documents is correct, communicating with drivers about their load information, check in incoming reefer and livestock drivers, entering incoming trailer numbers into computer system, scaling and checking out drivers.

• Bought emergency and special order parts needed to repair equipment, sent equipment back for repairs, sent back over shipments/incorrect parts, continually updated new system with part numbers after switching companies, prioritized orders, processed payment for contractor work, communicated with vendors/contractors to correct problems with parts or payment.

• Recorded maintenance employee's time spent completing work orders, completed work orders, tracked work quality checks and LLS and near miss cards in order to keep plant's safety numbers accurate, filled out job completed forms to process payment for contractors, communicated problems with work orders and job plans to planners, attended weekly meetings, tracked Saturday pay for maintenance supervisors, wrote work orders for people requesting work be done, processed work order requests.

• Operated shipping computer, downloaded orders into shipping program for shipping to fill, communicated between shipping employees and lead men on progress of trucks, shortages on product, etc., added up row cards to ensure trucks were correct, completed orders and put together paperwork for biller, kept log of information on trucks loaded, worked all shifts as needed, billed orders, communicated with guards to pick up completed bills, printed and put together export documents, communicated with Vet and USDA to get export paperwork signed, filed paperwork, faxed documents to companies as needed.

• Checked over HAACP records before USDA review to ensure all information had been recorded correctly, found any problems or blanks spots in paperwork and contacted employee to correct, tracked Non-Compliance Reports, took meeting minutes at weekly home team meeting, filed and archived paperwork.

• Kept employee medical files up to date, assisted with new hire physicals, took urine screens, assisted employees and new hires with filling out paperwork.

• Prepared all employee's daily PPE and put in bags by employee and line, retrieved PPE for employees when they came to window, bagged frocks and shirts for employee's daily use.

• Checked out customers, directed customers to products, kept area tidy, stocked shelves, gathered carts, got delivery orders ready.

• Waited on customers both at the counter and drive-thru windows, prepared drinks and shakes, kept area clean, stocked condiments, cups, etc., kept dining area clean.
