As an Equipment operator in the metal recycling facility, I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various machinery and equipment used in the process of metal scrap, and inspecting loads coming in.

As a lead heavy equipment operator/ safety champion at a landfill, my duties included overseeing the daily operation of the machinery, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety training for staff, conducting regular inspections of the equipment and facilities, leading a team of 17 operators and 13 laborers, inspecting machinery GPS software, and ensuring that the fill sequence is set and followed.

As a heavy equipment operator in a sand mine, my duties would involve operating various machinery such as excavators, loaders, articulated haul trucks, dozers and plants. I was responsible for following mining plans, safely maneuvering equipment, conducting maintenance checks on the machinery, and adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the efficient operation of the mine.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator/ Utility/ Rescue Team, my duties included operating heavy machinery like, dozers, motorgrader, scrapers, rigid frame haul trucks, water trucks, and wheel loaders to move earth, coal and other materials. I was responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed, and responding to emergencies, such as rescuing workers that may be sick or injured. Additionally, I would assist electricians with powering up draglines and shovels and moving them to different pits to further the mining of coal.

As an EMT - Basic for an ambulance service, my primary duties included responding to emergency calls to provide medical care and transportation to patients. This involved assessing patients' conditions, administering basic medical treatment. Additionally, I needed to maintain the ambulance and equipment, communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the transport process.
