  • Underwrite and reviewed loan files for completeness, identified missing documentation, and made sure credit was pulled correctly.

  • As a lead processor I answered all branch questions. Responsible for training new hires and reviewed their loans for correctness of work. I assigned all new loans that came in the pipeline and when co-workers were out of office, I oversaw their pending loans.
  • I sat in on the loan production and loan committee calls for the new loans that were presented.
  • I was responsible for preparing step by step guides for all loan types and compiling helpful notes for the teams to utilize.
  • I assisted other departments by reviewing loans after they were booked in experience and clearing loan exceptions for any missing documents not collected at loan origination.
