A personal history of a battle with Acute myeloid leukemia in 2018 led to my career in the nursing field once entering remission after a bone marrow transplant. Since 2019 promoting compassionate care to those in need has been a fulfilling calling and I desire to continue to be a difference in patients’ lives as I once experienced through nurses caring for me. Through my experience I have gained clinical judgement and skill such as iv insertion and drug administration, phlebotomy and advanced cardiac monitoring and patient assessment.
