  • I worked with every customer that walked in the door! Building rapport, figuring out their struggles, helping them with their nutrition, fitness goals, and selling them the supplements that would work best for their goals. Following up with them and their journey to their best self!
  • I was originally a regular employee at Supplement Superstores, and when we added the smoothie bar aspect to our business, I took it and ran with it, which led to me getting the position of Smoothie Bar Operations Manager, which I oversaw and ran five locations.
  • On a daily basis, I would work with each location, making sure all of the procedures are being followed, each store is growing, providing the best and over-the-top experience to our customers, coming up with new recipes and ideas, working with other businesses, spreading the word about our business, leading and teaching each employee, and giving each customer the best experience! I created all of the procedures, recipes, items, and rules we had at our smoothie bars from the ground up. We started with zero, then launched our first smoothie bar location, and when I left, we had five locations.
