I used my past banking expertise to help obtain the needed new account documentation, opened new accounts, and help set up Quickbooks at Install Time Inc. My tenure as a Treasury Specialist II honed my customer service skills, ensuring seamless account opening/closing and training for Independent Financial's specialty clients. Achievements include streamlining account opening/closing processes and enhancing client onboarding efficiency. I was able to clear mass amounts of exceptions on the maintenance side of deposit ops in a short period of time. I am able to navigate in fast-paced environments, work well in groups, and able to contribute to help streamline new ideas.
