  • In charge of all NOSS Specialist support scheduling to open bandwidth for Regional Managers to focus on on-site strategy & Engineering team to focus on high level data projects.
  • NOSS PM for Northeast & Northwest Network 2.0 launches. Currently overseeing in flight optimizations for Upstate New York, Hudson, Northtop, New England & Western Rockies districts.
  • NOSS Inbound Sphere lead, driving development of education materials for N2.0 preload sort operations. NOSS IB Sphere work has lead to better field education by NOSS utilizing the materials developed by Sphere specialists.
  • Co-developed NOSS Specialist Peak support strategy to ensure NOSS specialists are providing value during Peak, supporting field operations during the busiest time of the year.
  • Co-hosts weekly Launch District Update call to identify N2.0 concerns & gaps across the network. Develop multiple report outs utilizing this call including sending detailed notes including risks to the entire organization & Launch Watch Criticality, which is sent to executive leadership to provide a high level overview of launch risks in the 30 days leading up to launch.
  • Developed multiple service monitoring tools for high level service looks that allow user to quickly understand service success & risks without having to understand tools or dig. Created NOSS Service trend charts for an at a glance look at direction each N2.0 location is trending in their journey to returning to PO MBG baseline. Created N2.0 Return to Baseline spreadsheets that got absorbed by N2.0 service daily emails that gives a quick at a glance of where each station is to baseline and it’s trend during launch week.
  • Developed launch week Pickup reporting processes that were determined as a gap after multiple customers were found to be at risk during July 2025 N2.0 launches.

Responsibilities included reaching out to SRM’s & District Management to determine what needed to be done to close out action items including vehicle acquisition, helping resolve Same Day On Call Pickup issues & fine tuning conveyance plans between ramps & facilities.
  • Started call series between East Pre & Post Specialist teams to share information & cease miscommunication issues created by having siloed departments that previously had zero synergies. Calls covered visits for CTP to assist CRT team by giving information that will be needed for Launch visits & CRT providing retrospective information post go-live.
  • Workshopped Network 2.0 Post Graduation Evaluation at HERM/161, helping create a more streamlined and effective evaluation for Network 2.0 facilities who have launched and still need fine tuning to hit metric goals.
  • Held & presented End-User Training at QUEE/114, DURH/277, BRSL/310 & NWRS/83.
  • Was lead SBDD specialist for deployments at DURH/277, NCRS/275, NCNC/290, EBRN/080 & BRSL/310. Facilitated all T-minus call & DMT training with regional engineering team. Also handled all logistics items with station management (scheduling calls, reserving conference room space, etc.).
  • Assisted SBDD deployment in ALBA/122, KALA/490, ELOU/400, HRBG/170 SCRA/185 & NWRS/083.
  • Assisted with multiple DRIVE initiatives, first with DROP/RED as the DROP lead for the EAST & also with RACER/LMO Failure Root Cause as the EAST lead.
