Perform direct care to a ratio of 1:6 patients on medical-surgical units within an inpatient setting. This includes assessment, medication administration, patient teaching, and ADL's. Document findings as well as review patient charts using an EMR. Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and lab-work in which they are treated per orders if found to be abnormal.

Experience in numerous types of units including cardiac, neurology, oncology, and Covid-19. Skill in different routes of medication administration including IV and NG. Confidence in skills related to CPR/BLS and NIH scaling.
