My current role at Peabody is longwall machine helper. I assist in making sure equipment is maintained and inspected daily and keeping up with production.

Operated Joy Shearer continuous miners, roof bolting machines, and shuttle cars to enhance mining efficiency.

• Monitored physical cable and wire equipment for telecommunications devices to repair power supply, fiber optic and wire distribution systems or accompanying cabinets.
• Completed work order installations according to regulatory codes, requirements and safety guidelines.
• Installed physical wire and cable systems for telephone, entertainment and linked home security services.
• Advised teammates on installation, expansion and logistics for optimum installations and upgrades.
• Trained and mentored new technicians.
• Trained to splice fiber optic and copper lines.

• Studied blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of work.
• Performed mod assembly, erected and connected structural steel and leveled and torqued connections after steel placement.
• I erected metal buildings from the bottom up, we hung all the iron and insulated and sheeted the walls and roof.
• While on the job I operated a crane, lull and multiply types of man lifts.
