Philosophy of Education

When my students come into my classroom, I believe it should be a place where they always feel safe, loved, and like they can be heard. I believe it is my job to motivate, nurture, and guide y students toward success and in becoming their own individuals. I think that the best way to cultivate these kinds of relationships is through discipline, positivity, and a bit of humor. I also believe in regular testing to monitor the progress of content mastery among students. It's the best way to keep students on track, reduce gaps in learning, and, in my opinion, motivate them to work harder.
