I'm currently working at Paul McMurry State Farm in a sales position where I'm expecting to make cold calls and pivot to current customers. I do switch roles from time to time to a service position if someone is out or on the phone. I have been in a sales/service role for 3.5 years working for State Farm. I was the top producer in our territory in life insurance production for a promotion that all of the agents in the northwest territory initiated this year.
