• Oversee daily expiration processes and reconciliation breaks/resolutions for over 300,000 derivative positions from 5 US and 2 European Derivative Exchanges, ensuring clients receive resulting deliverable on time.
• Assist in several global enhancement projects between Operations and Tech teams to automate the Options on futures expiration and notification work flow that has reduced over 8 hours a week of manual work previously done by Operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, exchange, and counterparty brokers, in order to facilitate the deliveries of physical commodities derived from Futures contracts, and to mitigate the risk of unintended delivery obligations.

• Actively manage risk & P&L by providing operational support to all equity front office personnel

• Assist with and perform allocation of a high number of OTC trades across a number of flows & resolution of any resulting economic breaks

• Efficiently handle incoming queries from trading desks, sales, external clients & other internal federation teams (Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controllers, etc.)

• Perform trade and risk reconciliation and monitor controls around the different business supported, particularly around Corporate Actions

• Margin – regulatory reporting, Reg-T, margin calculations, Private Client cash flow requests/inquires (Incoming/Outgoing), DTC gifting requests
• Cash/Treasury Management – daily financing requirements, loan borrowing and pay down analysis, coordination with internal and external lending facilities, management of day to day banking inquiries, and reconciliation of daily bank out of balances.
• Audit Sampling and testing of completed events and other processes performed by Broadridge.
• Broadridge BPO daily oversight and relationship management – supervision and oversight of daily processing and inquiries performed by the Broadridge BPO team.
• Reconciliation and/or administration of Books and Records securities out of balances, includes processing of adjusting entries.

• Worked with company sponsored long term stock incentive participants to solve their needs and provide stock trading service.
• Educated clients on account services and resolved client inquiries regarding statement information and account balances.
• Coordinated with operations staff to resolve service problems and boost client satisfaction.
