My first job right out of High School I learned from a great Electrician who had 20 years experience. The lightbulb turned on for me rather quickly and i wanted to know how everything worked and why we were doing it the way we we're. I was on my own after Two and a half years and after awhile i wanted more money because i was doing more but understandably the owner could not provide.
