  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment for MHC's KS/MO, CO/WY, IA/NE, Carrier, Leasing, and Corporate divisions.
  • Team lead for candidate onboarding including background / drug screenings, onboarding paperwork, I9 compliance, and maintaining the integrity of our tracking spreadsheet.
