I have gained lots of customer service experience over the last 4 years working different jobs. Whether it be cashiering, lifeguarding, or shipping out order's I have always had a chance to gain more experience in customer care. I have learned to have great multi-tasking skills through these experiences. I would often be working two jobs at once to maintain my loyalty. In my position as a cashier I was able to move up and help with self checkout due to my diligence and speed working the registers. I would help around the store fulfilling anything that needed some extra attention. I began lifeguarding and was able to manage and oversee lifeguards. Keep all pool patrons safe and under professional supervision. I maintained routinely safety checks on the pools chemical levels, and would have weekly meeting to keep my lifeguards knowledge sharp. I would create weekly schedules for the lifeguards accommodating everyone's schedules and time off needs. I am currently employees at Bass Pro Shops and work full time to help pick and pack products for customers orders. I have been in this position for almost two years, and I love it. I received Employee of The Month while working here for my hard work and event planing that I completed. That is my main title, but I have a wide knowledge of most of the jobs in the store. I am able to help unload trucks, put out inventory, help event planning, keep and maintain a organized/clean work environment.
