Throughout having been with my sport for many years, I have learned to work alongside a team and grown to be a leader. This has also strengthened my time management skills due to learning how to balance the sport I love with both school, work, and friends. My time at El Gringo helped develop an understanding of costumer service and working alongside others in a precise and timely manner. Furthermore I believe my experience with Camp Escapades and other charity volunteer work has shaped me to be accommodating to all and understanding of those different from others.
