  • Unbreakable Athletes is a program founded by Coach Taylor Schramm. The Unbreakable Athletes program is centered around building female athletes to be the best versions of themselves and helping athletes build an unstoppable and unbreakable mentality. The program focuses on improving mental game skills and mental toughness so athletes can perform at their peak performance! The program is centered on the 4Cs model: Confidence, Control, Commitment, and Challenge. Mental Toughness Coaching works with athletes to gain greater awareness and effectiveness in achieving desired performance goals by keeping the mind engaged, responsive, resilient, and strong under pressure. The program teaches athletes how to tune out distractions and negative self-talk. The program also hosts several softball camps throughout the year.
  • Coach Taylor is a former softball athlete. She played softball for Greenfield/Northwestern High School. Throughout her high school career, she was ranked fourth in Illinois for the highest batting average and fielding percentage. She is a four-year varsity letter and All-Conference recipient. She also is a four-year All-Star Athlete recipient. Coach Taylor is a four-year Missouri and Illinois All-State Athlete recipient. She played two years of collegiate softball before hanging up her cleats and deciding to pursue her strong love and passion for coaching. During her college career, she was also a part of WPU's college swim and cross-country team. Coach Taylor has spent the past two years as the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Sanderson High School. Within her two years of coaching, she completely turned the program around. Leading the team to be named as CAP 6 Conference Champions, clenching playoffs, and competing in the first two rounds. The North Carolina High School Softball Athletic Association named Coach Taylor the 2023 North Carolina Coach of the Year.
