I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Taylor Smith. I began working with Taylor in July of 2010 as his supervisor and he has been a light in my professional life ever since. Our company is a small business setting with never more than 11 employees, so we have worked very closely together for the last 15 years. During this time Mr. Smith has proven himself to be a dependable and level-headed individual. I could trust when the workflow was hectic or chaotic he would stay by my side until the task at hand was complete. Mr. Smith is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and patient. He was responsible for training several new hires through the years and was excellent at introducing and communicating detailed processes to the new employees. He has always been well liked and respected by other staff.
