  • The Effect of Stress on Athletes' Performance, Conducted a research paper that looked at the relationship between stress and its impact on performance between women and men in a 2x2 between-subjects design. Data were collected between two groups: the first group comprised 30 males and females in a stressful condition, while the second group comprised 30 males and females in a non-stressful condition. Findings were represented visually through tables and figures.
  • Enhancing Workplace Effectiveness and Reducing Stress Levels, Conducted research with 4 other students to explore strategies for improving workplace effectiveness and reducing stress levels among employees. Developed surveys and conducted interviews to gather data from employees and management, analyzed data, and proposed recommendations for implementation.
