Taylor Torres

Im currently still in the reserves with my unit from Tallahassee, the 160th MP Brigade. My role there is, project manager, where i get to over see our trainings and plan them for our units success. I also take on the role as our units system administrator for one our cyber tools that we utilize. Other things that i am responsible for is leading our soldiers there as their Sargent, making sure that they are taken care of, making sure that they are taking care of things they are responsible for, and making sure that they are squared away.

Nutrien is my current employment, since being there i have taken on various rolls in operations, some of the jobs consisting of conducting routine checks on machines and equipment, making sure of proper function, communicating with, supervisors, leadman, other departments, and tractor operators to ensure production and to do it safely. I've also stepped up to take on roles of being set up as a leadman for crew work completing jobs in a safe and timely manner. Most jobs consist of filling out permits and Job safety analysis sheets and locking out machines and equipment.
